Where does my data go?
Into our own secure database — an internal working record, not a product. It holds your trading history and the shelf around you, and unlike Amazon it never deletes any of it. That history is what lets our team answer questions about your business in minutes instead of weeks.
What can you never do?
Change a price. Edit a listing. Place, cancel or refund an order. Move stock. Message a customer. Amazon enforces this on its own servers — the access you grant is read-only, so even if we wanted to write to your account, we could not.
Is my data mixed in with other brands?
No. Each account is stored separately and encrypted, and only the operators on your account can open it. Your numbers are never pooled, resold, or used to advise a competitor.
How do I turn it off?
In Seller Central, open Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps and revoke Global Parachutes. Access stops immediately, with no notice needed and nothing to ask us for.
Who actually uses it?
Our team. Canopy reads thousands of data points and shows your manager which few are worth acting on, so what reaches you is a next step rather than a report. There is no login for you and no dashboard to keep up with — that is deliberate.
How long does this take, and what do I do afterwards?
About thirty seconds. After that, nothing at all. There is no setup, no dashboard to learn and no login to remember — the work happens on our side.
